The LINEA20 aluminum LED profile is a decorative lighting product made of anodized aluminum with increased scratch resistance. This aluminum LED profile is perfect for architectural lighting, and can also be suspended as a modern and minimalist lamp (using, for example, SELV power supply and metal wires ), making it a perfect interior lighting solution.
The medium small size of the surface profile and its simple form significantly expand its usability and design options. The LINEA20 LED profile can be mounted using dedicated “Y” spring clips (with two mounting options – with or without a spacer to the mounting surface), a straight aluminum “T” clip, or a straight “T” connector, which also has mounting properties and stabilizes the LED profile connection point. To suspend the LINEA20 strip, we recommend an adjustable profile suspenstion sets . If you wish to cover the top of the profile, use the FIX16 aluminum cover, which can also be used as a suspension mount.
The LINEA20 aluminum LED strip deserves special attention thanks to its extensive range of angle connectors (five different angles: 60°/90°/120°/135°/180°), allowing for the creation of a wide variety of lighting arrangements without the need for miter cutting. The aluminum channel can also be mounted with screws or mounting adhesives. For a fully aesthetic finish, the LED strip profile should be finished with end caps.
When mounting LED modules to the LINEA20 profile, we recommend using LED mounting to achieve a more efficient lighting effect orclamping force for modules, which will prevent the modules from moving in the frame.
The aluminum LED profile also serves as an excellent heat sink, allowing the heat generated by the LED source to be efficiently dissipated. This solution creates better conditions for the diodes, significantly extending their lifespan. Aluminum LED strips provide excellent protection against mechanical damage and make installation much more durable than directly gluing the strip to the substrate.
