Estonia’s first housing fair , which took place one week in the summer of 2025 at the EGCC golf village in Jõelähtme, was an exceptional success. The fair was visited by over 10,000 people, which exceeded both the organizers’ original goal and set a new bar for Estonian fair culture.

In total, more than 1,300 original pieces of content were created and shared about the fair – from social media posts and videos to articles and podcasts , which collectively garnered over 3.3 million views.
